Harrison School District Two ESA provides turnkey Project Development and Project Management services relating to a district-wide integrated Security, Card Access, CCTV, Building Automation, and Work Order System. Harrison’s security installation is a State-of-the-Art integrated platform that operates on the same software and hardware as the BAS system. Security personnel have unique screens to show the security status of all district buildings, and Security is instantaneously notified if any building has problems including activation of panic or lockdown systems.
District personnel use their identification badges instead of keys, and all building master keys have been replaced. The security system incorporates digital CCTV systems in each school, monitoring the front door access of all buildings, and the entire grounds and exterior walls for Secondary buildings. The security system is also incorporating existing Burglar Alarms, Fire Alarms, Refrigeration Alarms, and other monitoring services provided by third parties. Alarms and detailed instructions are sent via pager, e-mail, telephone, and other communication means to alert appropriate personnel to problems.
Falcon School District 49 ESA is incorporating security planning and features for all new and existing buildings within the district. CCTV, Card Access, Panic, Lockdown, Burglar Alarms, Fire Alarms, and other system components are being addressed. The development of district security standards is being pursued with acknowledgement of Board policies, administrative procedures, vendor qualifications, and clear definition of the types and interoperability of equipment installed.
Vail Resorts, Inc. ESA worked with Vail Resorts to install a bio-metric fingerprint reader for access control to their administrative offices. ESA is continuing to work with Vail Resorts in the planning and implementation of future security measures.
Woodland Park School District RE-2 ESA prepared a thorough study of Emergency Preparedness in conjunction with the Dept. of Homeland Security Guidelines. The study recommended minor changes and improvements to existing policies and procedures, and laid out an action plan to best implement the changes. |
